Consolidation is the process of combining multiple orders virtually into one tracking number. This allows your packages to be delivered together but in their original packages or we will remove redundant boxes and put the items physically into one or minimum number of boxes before shipping out. 

Weshop provides free consolidation service at our overseas warehouses to save your international shipping fee. In this way, our customers will be able to enjoy lower international shipping fee and experience lesser hassle when collecting their parcels.

In the example below, 10 packages are shipped separately to the same address in Vietnam. Each one weighs 1 kg, it means that:

Option 1:  No consolidation

  • Each package cost $12 for international shipping
  • And its total cost $120 for 10kgs

Option 2: When Shipments are consolidated, multiple packages are shipped together on the same airway bill to the same address, you will save a significant amount in the shipping cost

  • 10 Packages with 10kgs = $12 for 1st kilo + $20 for 1-3 kilos + $16 for 3-5 kg + $30 for 5-10 kg = $78
  • Total Cost $78kgs

=> Shipped Separately $120 vs Consolidated $78. You saved 35%

We offer 3 different consolidation and shipping options for your convenience:

  • Automatically consolidate and ship out together: We provide the convenience to our customers who do not have the time to visit the website for order’s status update, you could choose the option for automatically consolidating all your orders and shipping out together when they arrive in the same warehouse.
  • Consolidate and Ship out all arrived orders ANYTIME you wish to: Alternatively, you may ship out all arrived orders anytime you wish to. Shipping fees of all your arrived orders will be reflected for better control in saving cost.
  • No consolidation, just immediately ship out when each package arrives: When your checkout with a shopping cart of several items, you could choose this option to make sure that you could receive items as fast as possible.  

Repack is a value added service provided by Weshop’s trained operations staffs

If the shipment is inadequately packed, we will automatically repack it for you for added protection and security. If you don't wish for your shipments to be repacked, you can set that preference in your account, but there is no insurance guarantee under that setting.

If your parcel include both small size items and big size items, we will repack small items into large size ones such as luggage, as long as there is room for storage to lower the shipping charges and make you save up to 30% on the chargeable weight.

Repack service will be provided if we are able to ensure that there will be a reduction of actual or dimension weight after repacking, and will not deteriorate the protection of the parcel. Parcels in a well-protected will not undergo repack service as they are arranged based on the sellers’ best knowledge to sustain shipping conditions, however, we shall not be held responsible for any damages due to their misjudge.

Please note that: Unlike Help-me-buy repacking, Help-me-ship repacking will not enhance the protection of your parcel during shipment, but only reduce the packaging to save international shipping fee. It means that for Help-me-buy repacking, we might add additional bubble wrap, padded paper... to protect package while we won’t do that for Help-me-ship, even though:

  • Help-me-ship orders are still under the free insurance guarantee of up to 2,000,000VND.
  • You could request for extra packing materials that cost 100,000VND.

Conditions:

  • We do not open any inner sealed or shrink-wrapped packaging.
  • We do not repack Merchants' specialized branded packaging such as “designer” boxes or wrapping for shoes, boots, clothing and fashion accessories.
  • If an item is gift-wrapped, we will not repack it.
  • We advise you not to order Fragile or Special Care items. However, if you need to ship Fragile or Special Care items, please ensure proper packaging by the Merchant. We do repack fragile or breakable items and label the package with fragile stickers as your request with some fee of charge, but there is no insurance guarantee for those items. 
  • If a delivery contains items that cannot be legally or safely shipped, it is not possible to separate those items from other acceptable items in the same shipment. As a reminder, if a package contains such items, it is your responsibility to arrange a return to the Merchant, or to provide an alternative domestic delivery address, or to give us instructions to dispose of them.
  • We are not able to reduce the size of shoe boxes due to the risk of damages that may be caused in transit

We offer from 20 days to 60 days of free storage while waiting for your orders to arrive for consolidation, depending on your level of membership.

For example that you are a basic account:

  • If your 1st order was arrived our oversea warehouse 20 days ago, all the orders arrived within the 20 days will have to be shipped out first, and your new orders can be then consolidated into another parcel within 20 days. After the first 20 days it's $1 per parcel per day.
  • When the items arrives the buyer’s country, we offer 14 days of free storage. Uncollected parcel will be charged for $1 per day for every 10kgs.

For items or parcel uncollected for more than 3 months, it will be considered abandoned and WeShop has the right to dispose it without further notice.

Many sellers on WeShop, Amazon marketplace are individuals and some of them are amateurs. Occasionally, the sellers may make mistakes such as sending wrong quantity, size or design. Basic visual inspection covers quantity, color, size, design and obvious visual defects (refer to exclusions and limitations below). We are not liable for issues such as product quality (workmanship, material etc.), authenticity and functionality related issues. Purchasing insurance does not extend or enhance the inspection coverage.

Exclusions for inspection:

  • Items in sealed packaging, exterior packaging box/material used.
  • Free gifts (quantity and quality).
  • Items smaller than 2.5cm
  • Self-assembling items (e.g., furniture, components).
  • Product accessories attached to the item (e.g., ribbons, laces, zip, buttons).
  • Virtual item (e.g., electronic documents, cd-keys passwords).

Limitations

  • Quantity - We will check the quantity received against the quantity you ordered. For bulk purchase (quantities of 100 units and above per order), quantity check is 90% accuracy.
  • Color - We will check the general color of the item. Variants in color are considered the same and not covered. For example: light pink, hot pink and baby pink are all considered pink.

  • Size - We will check the label on the items received against the size indicated in your order remark. If there is no label on the items or the size is measured in a different way, we will presume it’s correct.
  • Design - We will check the design against the picture shown on seller’s webpage, however, some pictures used on seller’s website are for illustration purposes only. Hence, there may be some slight differences that include marginal differences, spelling errors, incorrect fine details.

  • Obvious visual defects - Major obvious defects like visible stain, scratches, tears, holes, dents and damages will be spotted and covered in our basic inspection service, but those products with a poor quality, minor defects, and unobvious/interior defects are not covered. 

  • Packaging - Damages on product packaging are not covered in our refund policy. If the items are meant as gifts or for re-sale purposes, extra protection on packaging can be requested in the order remark. Certain product packaging like shoe boxes can be requested to be removed in the order remark as well if you wish to save on the international shipping fee.
  • Fragile item - The risk of damage is higher, we cannot guarantee that the product will arrive in good condition. Original packaging by sellers will not be removed. Extra protection can be requested at a fee (eg ; wooden crate) to lower the risk of damage during transportation

We will consider item to be in good condition if there is no report of claim after 3 days from the collection date. We may reject any request reported thereafter.

While WeShop prides to provide a worry-free inspection process, human errors are inevitable. It is our responsibility to ensure that our staffs are well trained to carry out our duties professionally. WeShop reserve the right to explain our policy terms from time to time

Weshop offers insurance for your valuable items against loss, damage during shipment and all other problems under inspection coverage. 

The insurance cost is 3% of the total value of item cost (including seller’s shipping fee).

The compensation is capped at 1.5 times of the product cost, limited to 40,000,000VND, includes:

  • Full amount of item cost;
  • International shipping fee and WeShop’s service fee, not more than 50% of item cost.

Cover is limited to the declared value, replacement cost, invoice value or actual cash value whichever is the lowest. For items without insurance purchased, Weshop offers free compensation up to 2,000,000VND per parcel.

Pls remember that: 

  • Damage on items is commonly caused by improper packaging provided by the sellers. We are not responsible or liable for any damage found in the parcel when the external packaging has no damage mark upon delivery. If you are able to find damage to the external packaging upon delivery or collection, you will have to reject the parcel immediately.
  • There is no insurance guarantee for Fragile or Special Care items: We advise you not to order Fragile or Special Care items. However, if you need to ship Fragile or Special Care items, please ensure proper packaging by the Merchant. We do repack fragile or breakable items and label the package with fragile stickers as your request with some fee of charge, but there is no insurance guarantee for those items. 
  • There is no insurance guarantee under the No-Repacking setting in the account preference setting: If the shipment is inadequately packed, we will automatically repack it for you for added protection and security. If you don't wish for your shipments to be repacked, you can set that preference in your account, but there is no insurance guarantee under that setting.
  • There is no insurance guarantee against damage caused during transportation to used or second-hand goods.

Weshop helps you to return an item to the merchant that you have purchased from.

You need to check the Merchant's return policies and obtain a 'return authorization' reference number and possibly also a returns label (typically for returns from your suite to the Merchant). We can then help to arrange return shipping of the item.

"Domestic returns" - “Domesitic returns” refers to returns from our hub – e.g., if we discover the item is damaged, or if it is something that can’t be shipped to your country (see Restricted items). We charge an administrative handling fee of US$7 and an additional US$15 if you are unable to provide a returns label.

For international returns - For those issues not covered in our inspection, you can negotiate with the seller for a solution by yourself or seek assistance from us to negotiate on your behalf. If you need to ship the items back for refund, replacement or repair, you can either ship back by yourself or through us. We charge an administrative handling fee of US$10 & a international shipping charge that varies depending on the country and the package size and weight:

All you need to do is:

  • Login to your account
  • Go to your order management -> choose the exact item that you want to return -> Choose action “Make a return request”, fill in the form with the delivery address that the return need to be sent to
  • Pay to the invoice of the return request.
  • Send the item back to our domestic warehouse.
  • If you wish to replace the item for another, you need to: 1. Return the product and pay for the returning request and 2. Place a new order with the Merchant.

Please note that:

  • We are not able to ship items that are restricted for import by US customs. We have the right to deny items that may potentially cause customs clearance problems.
  • Shipping charges, duty, tax and other charges will also apply to the shipment of the replacement items. Shipping charges on the initial shipment are not refundable.
